OUR PROFESSIONAL SUITE
Thoughtful financial guidance for everyday individuals, affluent clients, and business owners alike
TAX PREPARATION
A tax return isn't just a form — it's a financial snapshot of your year. We take the time to understand your situation, identify every deduction you're entitled to, and file accurately so you're not dealing with corrections or notices later.
Every individual return includes audit protection. If the IRS contacts you about a return we prepared, we handle it.
Document Collection
We send you a secure checklist and portal link. You upload your documents at your own pace — no office visit required.
Review & Analysis
We go through your income, deductions, and credits carefully. If something looks off or an opportunity exists, we flag it before filing.
Your Review
Before anything is submitted, you receive a copy to review. We walk you through the numbers and answer any questions.
Filing & Confirmation
We e-file your return and send you confirmation. Your documents are stored securely in your client portal.

HOW WE WORK
A 30-minute call to understand your business, your accounts, and what you actually want from your books.
Secure portal access, connections to your bank and software, and a clean chart of accounts built around your operation.
Reconciliations, categorization, and statements delivered every month — so the picture is current, not nine months stale.
When tax season arrives, your books are already done. No scramble, no shoeboxes, no surprises.
NOT SURE WHICH ONE?
Most clients start in Essential or Professional. The right fit usually comes down to how many accounts you run, whether you need more detailed reporting, and how often you want to actually sit with your numbers. Accrual-basis accounting is available in Premium when it makes sense, but it is not required.
Essential
One or two accounts, mostly cash-basis, and you want clean books and monthly statements without thinking about it.
Professional
Multiple accounts, some invoices going out and bills coming in, and you want a quarterly read on how the business is actually doing.
Premium
You're managing loans, want more advanced reporting, and want a monthly conversation about KPIs — not just a stack of statements. Accrual-basis accounting is available when needed.
IRS NOTICE RESOLUTION
Most IRS notices are resolvable — but only if you respond correctly and on time. As an Enrolled Agent, Pablo can communicate directly with the IRS on your behalf, stop collection action, and negotiate a resolution that works for your situation.
We handle everything from simple CP2000 mismatches to full audit representation and offer-in-compromise negotiations.
Screening
Send us the notice. We review it and explain exactly what the IRS is asking for — in plain English — before you spend a dollar.
Strategy & Engagement
We outline a resolution plan with a written flat fee. You approve the plan before we take any action.
IRS Communication
We file a Power of Attorney (Form 2848) and communicate directly with the IRS. You don't have to speak to them at all.
Resolution & Closure
We negotiate to the best outcome available — abatement, payment plan, or settlement — and confirm closure in writing.
CP2000 / underreporter notices — income mismatches and proposed changes
Audit representation — correspondence, office, and field audits
Balance due & collections — liens, levies, garnishments
Installment agreements — structured payment plans the IRS accepts
Offer in Compromise — settle for less than you owe when you qualify
Penalty abatement — remove or reduce penalties with proper cause

UNFILED RETURNS
Unfiled returns don't go away — but they also don't have to define you. Whether you're one year behind or ten, we create a clear plan to get you compliant, minimize your exposure, and put this behind you for good.
The IRS is far more cooperative with taxpayers who come forward voluntarily. Acting first — before they contact you — gives you significantly more options.
Confidential Consultation
We review how many years are unfiled, what records exist, and what IRS transcripts show. No judgment — just a clear picture of where things stand.
Document Recovery
Missing records? We request IRS wage and income transcripts to reconstruct your income history — even without your original W-2s or 1099s.
Preparation & Filing
We prepare each year accurately, in order, and file them together. Returns are reviewed with you before anything is submitted.
Resolution Plan
If balances are owed, we immediately move into IRS resolution — installment agreements, penalty abatement, or OIC — so you're not left with a bill and no path forward.
IRS transcript retrieval — income history reconstructed even without records

OUR COMMITMENT
Every client deserves to know what they're paying, what they're getting, and what's happening with their finances at every stage.
Written quotes before any work Every engagement
Every engagement — bookkeeping, tax return, or IRS notice — includes a written scope and fee before anything starts. You approve it first.
One secure place for everything
Your documents, messages, invoices, and signed agreements all live in one secure digital portal. Nothing gets lost in email.
Plain-English reporting
Your monthly reports and tax summaries are written to be understood — not just filed. You always know what the numbers mean for your business.
Committed to the 15th
Monthly financials are delivered by the 15th of every month, every month. If there's a delay, you hear from us first — before it's due.
You're always in the loop
When the IRS is involved or a return is complex, we keep you updated at each step. No news is good news — but you'll always know where things stand.
Engagement letters, not long-term contracts
Every client relationship begins with a clear engagement letter — outlining exactly what's covered, what it costs, and what's expected from both sides. There are no long-term contracts. Bookkeeping is month-to-month; cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
